Today I’ll be talking about JCBA and how good this academy is. This academy is a Business academy and we deal with money etc. I joined this academy is because I wanted to work with money and cooperate with students/business workers. Working with these students are kind of fun because they have different point of view. We are doing this stock market game right now and were not really doing great on it. We were 5th rank in the first week and then we lost our rank and were 100th place now…

Today March 14, 2011 and every JCBA students wear green polo shirts on Mondays. Every first Monday of the month is the business academy dress for success. We get extra credits if we wear it every Monday or every 1st Monday. Students that doesn’t wear it don’t get any credits at all or no extra credits. This is dress for success day is to make students feel like they’re a successful person.

Many students are joining after school programs and I’m in one. I play tennis for the school and I’m in VITA + HJ Healthy Way and there are different variety of after school classes. VITA and HJ Healthy Way is a business program that is involved in business. HJ Healthy Way is a program that students run the program and they sell fresh fruits and vegetables to get people buying the product.

Vita means Volunteer income tax assistance, we help people do their taxes for free because we want to help people. This program helped more than 100 people doing taxes to save them money and help them get money back. I did a person and they got back 5000 dollars back from taxes and that is a lot. We volunteer during the weekends to help families getting money back and I think it is work it because I’m giving up time to help people and I’ll get good karma.

Hi guys, as you guys heard that japan had been hit by an earthquake then a tsunami. They had a 8.9 earthquake so it must’ve been a real bad thing. I would help them, but I have nothing to give but hope. They’re trying to get back up right now so they shouldn’t give up so easily. I’ve seen people crying for them because either they have a family member over there or they just really feel bad for them for getting damaged this badly.

After hearing the truth of the earthquake they are saying we might get hit from one too. I don’t believe it because japan is far from here so yah.. The students over here doesn’t really care about them because they haven’t got hit by an earthquake before. They only care about what they’re going to do afterschool or what they going to eat for dinner, but they don’t care about what’s going on around the world.

Hello world!
